What Friday Night Dinner?
Pizza Friday is a familiar and easy way to reward yourself at the end of the week. Well, we don’t do pizza, but dining at Jolie is a treat in itself. We want to offer you the opportunity to treat yourself to a delicious dinner at the end of your holiday in Äkäslompolo. Jolie Lounge & Café’s Friday Night Dinners also give us the opportunity to offer more upscale dining experiences in an intimate atmosphere.
For our dinners we unleash our creativity and we get to develop wonderful five-course menus from local and seasonal ingredients and wild food we preserved during summer and autumn. Sometimes we also go crazy, and this way local or self-picked ingredients can be found in surprising dishes or flavor combinations. Through our love for cooking with northern ingredients, we want to bring locality and nature with our own twist to the plate and glass, produce delicious dinners and new taste experiences for our guests.
