Simple but delicious food

Jolie has invested in local and wild food in Ylläs. The food and drink menus changed according to the seasons in the north. Here in Vanha-Norri we can invest even more in local and wild food. Here in Tammela/Forssa we aim to use as much locally produced ingredients as well as what our own garden and nature have to offer.  Our restaurant’s menu will continue to change according to the seasonal offerings. Food made with love in our own kitchen guarantees high-quality and relaxed taste sensations and experiences for all the senses.
